Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, delivery times typically range between 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Please be advised that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

A tracking number will be issued once your order has been shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

 

 

Shipping Costs & Duties

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Policy

 

 

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—including but not limited to personal electronics, wearables, and headphones—are non-returnable unless proven defective.

 

Refunds

 

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued without return, this is done at our sole discretion.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

 

Customers must report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence (photos/videos) or outside this timeframe may be denied.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
